New OSHA Penalties for 2025

The maximum OSHA penalties for serious and other-than-serious violations have increased from $16,131 to $16,550 per violation. The maximum penalty for willful or repeated violations went from $161,323 to $165,514 per violation.

Two Key OSHA Deadlines

1. Employers must post their 2024 Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses (Form 300A) in their workplace from February 1 through April 30, in a location where employees can see it.
